At Traidvize, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our materials and products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide replacements under specific conditions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. After this period, claims may not be accepted.
