Due to the nature of materials such as decorative boards, MDF, and finishes, slight variations in colour, texture, and grain may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Accuracy
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, product descriptions, or availability.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, product availability, and courier schedules. Traidvize is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Replacements
Traidvize does not offer refunds except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged or faulty and must be reported within 5 days of delivery. All claims are subject to review and approval.
Shipping costs associated with returns or replacements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
